To ensure a high-quality experience for all users and to maintain the sustainability of the Service, paid plans are subject to a fair usage policy.
Fair usage limits are set at levels that comfortably exceed normal study patterns. The vast majority of users will never encounter these limits during regular use of the platform. If your usage exceeds the fair usage thresholds in any given calendar month, access to AI-powered features may be temporarily restricted until the start of the following month.
MyBizStudies reserves the right to review and adjust fair usage thresholds at its discretion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any material changes to usage limits. Persistent or deliberate misuse of the Service, including but not limited to automated access, bulk content generation, or usage patterns inconsistent with personal study, may result in suspension or termination of your account in accordance with Section 3 (Acceptable Use Policy).
Free plan users are entitled to a limited number of complimentary exam practices as stated on the platform. This allowance is non-transferable and non-cumulative.
All content provided by MyBizStudies, including but not limited to lesson materials, quiz questions, videos, graphics, and educational resources, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any of our content without express written permission from MyBizStudies. You may not use our materials for tutoring, resale, or any commercial purpose without our prior consent.
The MyBizStudies name, logo, and all related marks and designs are the exclusive property of MyBizStudies and are protected by trademark law.
Any content you submit to MyBizStudies, including comments, forum posts, quiz answers, and uploaded files (collectively, "User Content"), remains your property. MyBizStudies offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free users have access to selected features and resources. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any plan at any time. Should we make material changes to paid plans, we will provide advance notice to affected users.
Premium subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until that date.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. MyBizStudies does not store your full payment card details. All transactions are subject to the payment provider's own terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate.
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where a refund is granted, it will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, with a reasonable deduction for any services consumed prior to the cancellation request. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyBizStudies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or revenue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed 100 British pounds or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

While we work to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI-generated content, it may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. AI-generated feedback is intended as a learning aid and should not be relied upon as an official or definitive assessment of your abilities. We recommend cross-referencing AI-generated content with your official syllabus materials and consulting your teacher for authoritative guidance.
MyBizStudies is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
