MyBizStudies offers 5 free exam practices to all registered users at no cost. The free plan allows you to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. No payment information is required to access the free plan.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. After this date, your account will revert to the free plan.
No penalty or additional charge will be applied for cancelling your subscription.
As MyBizStudies provides immediate access to AI-powered digital content upon subscription, refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis relative to usage incurred during the billing period.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at support@mybizstudies.com within 14 days of your purchase. Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for consideration.
Where a refund is granted, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting a reasonable sum proportionate to the services consumed prior to the cancellation request. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). If your subscription has renewed and you did not intend to continue, please contact us promptly at support@mybizstudies.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, email support@mybizstudies.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
