We encourage all students to explore our free resources before subscribing. This includes sample flashcards, a demo of our study notes, and an overview of our exam technique framework. We believe in letting you experience the platform before you commit.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. Simply contact us at hello@mybizstudies.com with your account email address and we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
After the 14 day refund window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period. Your access will continue until the end of your current subscription term. Subscriptions will not automatically renew without your consent.
In exceptional circumstances (such as extended platform outages or technical issues preventing access), we may offer refunds or subscription extensions outside the standard 14 day window at our discretion.
